Question : Off late i realised my hairfall has been relatively high as compare to the normal.

I understand your concerns.

The cause for the hair fall needs to be identified first, and then it can be treated accordingly.

As a first step, I would advise you to get a complete blood count test done, along with thyroid function test.

Rest, if this hair fall is hereditary, we can restore back the hair growth to some extent,not 100%.

If it is due to stress, you need to de-stress yourself. Also, we need to look for local causes of hair fall such as dandruff, psoriasis etc.

I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist or hair specialist for the same and go ahead accordingly. You can continue to take Follihair tablets.
