I don't have thyroid.menstrual cycles are regular.I m maintaining my weight 63 from last 1 year

Okay, in such as case- I would like to suggest the following Biotin, Iron and Zinc(3 major supplements which help in hair growth)
1.Cap Conviron forte one tab daily for 6 months.
2.Tab Xtraglow one tab daily for 6 months.
3.Cap Becozinc one cap daily for 6 months.
Keep your Hb% well above 12 mg% as anemia is know cause hair loss.
Make sure you take high protein food with fish, soy and egg proteins.
Fruits like apple and pomegranate once daily will help.
Keep Dandruff and stress away.
Weekly once-twice hair wash with Candid TV lotion will help to keep dandruff away.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.
These measures will rapidly help you to grow hair.
