Question : Hello doc.. I am suffering from severe hair fall since 3 months from over all head mainly from the front portion and also suffering from thining of hair.

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use minoxidil 2 percent lotion on the affected areas of the scalp.
The dose is 1 ml twice daily.
Also take hair supplement tablets like tablet follihair or tablet hairbless once daily.
These need to be continued for atleast 4-6 months to see significant results.
