Brief Answer:
Management of acne and dandruff

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic

Dandruff can lead to hair loss in few individuals.

In such cases I recommend my patients to use ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly along with tablet fluconazole 150 mg once weekly for 6 weeks.

For pimples I recommend my patients to use benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel twice daily on the face and benzoyl peroxide 10 percent gel twice daily on the chest and back pimples.

Along with this I recommend them to take tablet Azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 3 consecutive days in a week for 6 weeks.

These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Also keep your face dry, avoid applying oily creams and moisturisers, avoid oiling of scalp, reduce the intake of sugary foods and avoid wearing tight clothes.

I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.

Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Start with azithromycin and benzoyl peroxide gel, may require isotretinoin

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed all the pictures you have attached and you are having acne.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to start with azithromycin tablets thrice weekly and benzoyl peroxide 10 percent gel on the back and chest twice daily and benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the face and head twice daily.
Besides this if the response is less you may also need to take capsule isotretinoin but it is to be taken under supervision of a dermatologist and with regular monitoring of liver function tests and lipid profile.
