Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
Hair supplement tablets take time to act.
You need to continue them for atleast 6-8 weeks to see any response.
10 days is too less a time.
Have patience.
For thinning of hair I also recommend my patients to apply minoxidil 2 percent lotion on the scalp.
The dose is 1 ml twice daily and it needs to be continued for atleast 4-5 months to see significant responses.

Both are good but I personally prefer minoxidil

Both are good in dealing with hair loss but I personally prefer minoxidil lotion.
It has to be applied in the dose of 1 ml twice daily in the affected areas of the scalp.
