Brief Answer:
Androgenetic alopecia more likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query.Your hair loss is most likely due to androgenetic alopecia also called male pattern baldness.Vitamin B12 deficiency and Vitamin D deficiency can make it worse also. You can take supplements of vitamin B12 and vitamin D to overcome this.
Tugain you are taking is minoxidil foam which is a FDA approved treatment for androgenetic alopecia. But it should be used for at least 4 months to start getting benefit. And long term usage is necessary also. You can get other brands of Minoxidil in market if tugain is not available.
XXXXXXX XL serum is a peptides used to strengthen used to strengthen hair shaft and roots.Keraglo shampoo contains ketaconazole which clear up getting fungal infection in scalp. You can continue using that also.
If these are not helping then you can ask your dermatologist for prescription of finasteride which is a oral drug which is FDA approved for androgenetic alopecia.
Include green leafy vegetables, pulses, nuts like almonds, eggs, milk and milk products in your diet which helps nutritionally in hair growth. You should also avoid stress and have enough sleep everyday.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
