Question : My wife is having sever hair loss and not sure what to try for strong hair growth and reduction of XXXXXXX fall. Could you please advise on what is the best thing to do.

Hello,

at this age there are number of medical problems that cause hair fall and thinning of hair (density). For eg iron, vit E deficiency, thyroid problems are very common amongst women.

I suggest you to get to see a Dermatologist to understand the nature of fall while taking a comprehensive history and examination. Hair fall is a subject which is poorly understand even on F2F with a doctor.
Giving supplements, vitamins are general for any women by many quacks but the exact nature of the problems has to be ascertained. They would not fit if the problem is not known.
