
Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

Is it because of my irregular sleeping habits, or lack of nutrition in the diet iam having or is it because of some property of the water that i am drinking.

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and after going through your history it can be from simple vitamin deficiency to underlying health problem thus do let me know about:
1.
i. any excess physical stress/trauma? (too much styling/weaving/shampooing/blower drying)?
ii. Is it hair loss or hair fall (have you taken an opinion of Trichologist)?
iii. Is your lifestyle regular or irregular? (Sleep & diet pattern)
iv. Any baseline investigations done like: hemoglobin, thyroid function, blood sugar?
v. Are you taking wholesome healthy diet or pick and choose type?
2. Please revert back with above concerns for treatment aspect, in the meantime preventive aspect is given below:
i. After bath make sure you avoid vigorous toweling of hair, let them dry naturally.
ii. Make less choice for synthetic hair oils, hair coloring, bleaching, styling and use of dry blowers.
iii. Avoid excessive exposure to sun, heat, wind, dust, anger, stress, anxiety,
iv. Avoid oily, fried, spicy, hot, fermented and stale food.
v. Proteins are essential for antibodies production so milk, egg (white), beans, yogurt, soymilk, pumpkin, squash, watermelon,peanuts,almonds, if non-vegetarian (meat) are choices
vi. mango, carrots, cantaloupe, egg yolk,apricots,pumpkin,papaya, are ideal
vii. Vitamin C: is needed for proper functioning of immune system: amla is good option.
viii. Vitamin E: is a powerful anti oxidant thus peanuts, dried apricots, cooked spinach taro root can be taken
ix. Soap nut (reetha) and shikakai along with Bhringraj and Neelini oil acts as natural conditioner and XXXXXXX you can use it safely.
