I have reviewed the attached photograph and you seem to be having male pattern baldness.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply minoxidil 5 percent lotion on the affected areas of the scalp twice daily and take tablet finasteride 1 mg once daily?
These need to be continued for atleast 4-5 months to see significant results.

i have hear lot of side effect of tab finasteride...is it save to take ????

Can cause sexual dysfunction but usually reversible

Detailed Answer:
Finasteride can lead to loss of libido and erectile dysfunction in 0.1 to 0.3 percent on the individuals taking it but it usually reverses after stopping the treatment or even on continuing the medicine in some persons.
