Question : I m losing hairfall tremendously after having chikenguniya and it's been 4 months now...please help

I can understand your concern but it is very common to have hair loss after fevers like chikungunya , dengue and typhoid.
This type of hair fall is called telogen effluvium and usually takes 4-6 months to resolve.
You need to continue keraglo XXXXXXX tablets for atleast 3 months as 20 days is too less a time to see its response.
Moreover I would recommend you to use an antihair fall serum like anaboom antihair fall serum twice daily for 3-4 months.
