Question : Head pain from falling down the stairs. My head took a pretty good shot and right afterwards I kinda felt dizzy. My focus was lost but now seems ok.

Such kind of head pain is very common after concussion injury.
However I need to evaluate you for any requirement of head imaging to rule out any bleeding.
Please answer the following questions:
1. Did you loose your consciousness following the concussion?

2. Any bleeding from Ear, Nose ?

3. Have you got your blood pressure checked ? How much it is?
