Brief Answer:
Probably sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Your Doctor probably diagnosed you with sinusitis, that's why he prescribed that medication.

Since symptoms are getting back, a more detailed examination is necessary about the cause of sinusitis.

Imaging studies ( CT scan ) and culture of sinus secretions collected by sinus endoscopy are necessary to get a correct diagnosis about the cause that may be an infection ( viral, fungal or bacterial ).

Treatment depends on the diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Kind regards.
