Brief Answer: Headache appears to be tension type Detailed Answer: Dear ma,am Hello My best wishes for a speedy recovery I have gone through your medical history You are experiencing moderately severe , hemicranial headache ,especially during stress /over work . In my opinion your headaches are TENSION HEADACHES , especially because these are chronic , since childhood , & recur during stress. I suggest you to 1. Take some ANALGESIC + MUSCLE RELAXANT MEDICINE SOS during headaches . 2.Take some regular ANXIOLYTIC medications also to relieve stress 3 If headache still persists , go for MRI BRAIN to rule out any intracranial lesion as a cause of headache 4 Keep a regular watch on your water intake and blood pressure, as initial hypertension can also cause these symptoms 5 Do some DESTRESSING /YOGA / EXERCISES / REGULAR EYE CHECK UPS ETC Thanks.
