Question : Hi I have a 3 and half month old baby and I'm exclusively breast feeding last 2 days I have severe head ache n cold n body pain due to change of climate and it is too cold please say some medications for instant relief u tried dolo 650 n cold but no use

Take tablet paracetamol three tines a day and tablet ceteizine twice a day with steam inhalation.
