Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache, Excessive Sweating, Nausea And Black Stool

Question : Earlier today about 3 hours ago, I had a very unusual experience. I got the worse headache ever, sweating all over, could hardly drive, nauseated, hot all around my neck and head, and black stools. I still have a headache but I only feel marginally better. What could be causing this? I am still hot all around my neck and head.

I don't have very much abdominal pain. The stools are black like tar. I did take kaopectate but it seems like it made it worse. I did take tylenol and it made my whole situation worse, as well. I think I do have a fever. When the episode started, I felt like my whole body was tingling and numb. I felt like my body was shutting down. I have had nausea before and I was taking Asacol a very long time ago but I was removed from that medication. Still, this experience is not the first time. The first time it happened I was out of town on business and it lasted for about an hour and then went away slowly. Both times, my head felt very heavy and full. Another episode started just now, I feel very, very disoriented. I do have a blood pressure machine and it just read 153/96 and 102 pulse. I know that is very high and very unusual. What should I do? I just took my blood pressure yesterday, it was 110/80.
