                                            Question : My query to DR.VPYK XXXXXXX ONLY..mam I have severe headache,fever,cold,sneezing, since yesterday morning..PLEASE HELP..i NEED YOUR ADVISE.thanks in advance

Drugs like Tab.sinarest thrice daily,Tab .levocetrizine twice daily,Tab.cefixim 200 mg twice daily for 5 days .Syp. Grillinctus 10ml bed time.
Note:These drugs should be taken under strict supervision of your doctor.
If symptoms start subsiding after 1-2 days,continue for 3 more days.
Get investigations like complete blood picture,QBC for MP,widal test,urine culture if symptoms doesn't subside even after starting drugs.
