Brief Answer:
Brain imaging is necessary first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for writing to us.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Headache may be a side effect of antiepileptic drugs, a sequel after seizure , but, it may indicate intracranial pathology such arteriovenous malformation, brain lesions etc. especially if the seizures you refer were the first ones.

If you didn't had any brain imaging studies done in the past, is necessary to discuss with your Doctor about getting done a brain MRI, in order to understand better your condition.

In mean time, you can use ibuprofen to ease your headaches and stay well hydrated.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
