Hello, greetings!
It is important to find out the cause of headache. Please reply to the following questions:-
- Is your headache one sided or all over the head?
- Is headache accompanied with nausea/ vomiting/ blurring of vision/ watering of eyes?
- Are there any precipitating factors for your headache/

For symptomatic relief you may take tablet ACETAMINOPHEN 325 mg or 500 mg. Drink 2-3 litres of water/ day.
An important cause of headache is vision disorders, for which you might need to get your eye power checked by an opthalmologist.
