Brief Answer:
Subarachnoidal hemorrhage to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Worst headache may be a sign of subarachnoidal hemorrhage, temperature and diarrhea may be a separate issue related to an infection (viral or bacterial).

Subarachnoidal hemorrhage when suspected is a serious condition that warrants fast medical evaluation and treatment, because it may be caused by conditions such brain aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, etc.

In my opinion, you should be evaluated at your ER.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
