Question : I have cut down on my caffeine consumption And and now suffering a severe headache from withdrawl. I had 1 cup of coffee to try and stop it but it didnt help at all so i took an Aleve and its still not working. The front of my head is literally throbbing. What else can i do??

It is common to get headache during withdrawal from caffeine. Here is what I suggest
1. Tab diclofenac is more potent is reducing headache than aleve. It gives faster relief
2. Eat well and on time
3. Make sure you get adequate sleep
4. When you are having headache be in a dark and quiet room
5. avoid bright light
Approach your doctor for a prescription, if the headache still persists please meet a neurologist
