Brief Answer:
It requires evaluation to rule out sinusitis, eye problems and infections..

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
The symptoms of acute pain in the eye socket and cheek bone require evaluation to rule out causes like
Referred pain from surrounding lesions like sinusitis, dental problems...
Eye problems like eye strain with refractive error, infections....
Primary headaches like migraine...

Since you have taken analgesic tablet like paracetamol this should help you in pain relief.

For further evaluation provide me more details like
Do you have symptoms of sinusitis like cold, cough, running nose?
Do you have any eye problems like refractive error?
Do you have pain, redness and swelling of the eye?
Do you have any symptoms of nausea and headache associated with eye socket pain?

Please provide me details of the above questions so that I can help in diagnosing the condition and its treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
