Hi and thanks for your query.

You are experiencing severe headache. I need more details about your symptoms like what makes it worse, how bad is it, do you have any other symptoms like nausea, unable to tolerate light etc, any previous medical history apart from pcod, any other relevant details.

Have you tried any medicine?
I usually suggest ibuprofen 200 mg 2 - 3 times a day for headaches and in my opinion paracetamol does not help with headache. If the headache is really bad then you will need stronger medicines
