Question : 54yo female in good health . Recently experiencing SOB in the afternoon with rapid heartbeat. In some mid-afternoons, I will feel a "bubbling" sound in my chest. Never smoked. Do u need additional info.? Thank you in advance.

The cause of your symptoms may be arrhythmias.
I would advise you to have holter monitoring done; it is an examination, when 24 hour ambulatory ECG is recorded, so your doctor will see what's going on when you have shorteness of breath along with palpitations.
