Question : I have heart burn same time dysentry also from today Morning 4 to 5 times...It is burning while passing stool... Is it normal or I have to fear about it...

Usually when it is infective diarrhoea and frequency of stool is more there is burning sensation around the anal area .So, don't worry about it.
Please take more liquids to prevent dehydration. You can also use the over the counter available rehydration solutions.
Lactobacillus can help to decrease the frequency of stools.
if you devolop fever ciprofloxacin in combination with ornidazole is the medication of choice.
Before starting antibiotics if you develop fever please give the stool for analysis.
Remember maintaining hydration is very important.
