Please follow the suggestions below...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking

1.You are reporting to have heartburn and this is typical for acid reflux or hiatal hernia. Upper endoscopy is advised at your case to better diagnose it.

2. With regards to have cold limbs and sporadic pain in the body it may be related with :
- radiculopathy ( a condition in which the spinal nerve roots are damaged )
- magnesium deficiency or other electrolyte disturbance
- viral infection/myositis
I also want to know if your hands change color when they are cold?

3.Your test reports like Vit B12, Vit D and uric acid are within normal range. To my opinion you need to do more exams to better evaluate nerves and muscles of your limbs like follows:

1. Blood electrolytes
2. EMG (electromyography)
3. MRI of the spine

Meantime I suggest to take PPI like prilosec to get relive from heartburn and acid reflux. You can use painkillers to avoid sporadic pain in your body.

Wish you fast recovery.
