Brief Answer:
It is a calcaneal spur

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
By the description of your symptoms it looks like you have got a calcaneal spur .
It is a small extra bone which grows out in the heel.
Due to this as soon as, you put pressure on your foot the pain aggravates and gets worse as the day progresses.
I would recommend you to use soft padded foot wear to minimise the transmission of the pressure.
Please get an x ray done initially to confirm it .
Don't worry as soon as you change your foot wear you will improve dramatically.
if it doesnot improve local ice pack application and anti inflammatory medication like ibuprofen help.
In worst cases local steroid injections may be needed

Best wishes
