Brief Answer:
Please give details about the symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for your query, albeit small.

I would like to know the symptoms / problems you have at the moment, please give me details.
Is the pile mass prolapsed(is there any mass protruding while defecation)?
Is it painful?
Is there any bleeding?
Since when have you got this problem?

If they are prolapsed, meaning out side the anal verge, you can try to push them inside in lying down position, you can apply coconut oil, it will work as a lubricant.

If there is no bleeding, you can sit in a tub with warm water to sooth the area.

Take laxative to have a smooth motion at morning.
If you feel there is dire emergency you can report to ER.

Awaiting for your feedback, Madam.

Brief Answer:
You may need surgical correction after proper diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your prompt feedback.

You have got Grade 4 hemorrhoids, meaning even after manual reduction they are coming out.

If there is no other symptom, please do not worry at the moment. Do nothing.
Consult a Surgeon to confirm whether they are Hemorrhoids or polyp or prolapse of mucosa. The treatment may be surgical correction.

I hope this helps you to get a proper diagnosis at the earliest and corrective measures at an appropriate time.
