Question : I am having severe hip (both) and lower back pain for a week now
Brief Answer:
Needs further evaluation. Medication listed
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
It is advisable to avoid high intensity activities, climbing stairs, squatting, bending forwards or lifting weights.
Apply hot packs to the painful regions. Perform low back extension exercises. Stop taking Tylenol. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg daily half an hour before meals for 5 days. Your local doctor will know about these prescription drugs. Get an Xray of lumbosacral spine and both hips and review with me.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
