Brief Answer:
Problem with joint inflamation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

As I understand it you have pain in the hip of the side that you fell before, right?

The pain you are describing its typical of a joint pain. Moving the joint causes the pain.

If I was your caring doctor I would recommend using an anti-inflammatory painkiller regularely for 2-3 weeks like Ibuprofen 400mg 3 times/day.
You can combine using a local cream analgesic about 3-4 times/day.
Keep being active but stop and rest if you have pain.
It will need around 6 weeks for it to get completely better. You can consider physical therapy if that is possible for you.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
