Suggest Treatment For Severe Hip Pain

Question: I have pain in my left hip. It seems to be around the hip joint but also in my upper thigh, though not as far down as my knee. It started a week ago. I was training at my gym three days before the pain started but did not notice anything specific while training. A bruise has now appeared on my left buttock. Walking or sitting is uncomfortable. I have a bit of a limp.
Brief Answer:
Get xray done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
Hip pain may be due to compression in lumbosacral nerves, pathology in hips, muscle fatigue, sprain.
So for exact diagnosis to be made, get xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and lateral, xray of pelvis with both hips done and send me the report.
I want to see present condition of hip joint, disc space and vertebrae.
Avoid any type of exercise.
Till then have cap. rabiprazole empty stomach, tab aceclofenac100mg+thiocolchicoside4mg thrice a day, cap. pregabalin75mg+methylcobalamine750mcg at night.
Apply hot packs.
I hope it helps.
Thanks,
