For fungal infection, I would suggest you to take oral terbinafine 250mg tablet (Zimig tablet), once daily for 2 weeks. In addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching. Topically you may use terbinafine 1% cream (Zimig cream), twice daily, for 2 weeks.

Hi dr. Given medicine is not effective .I took 1 week but not getting relief Can you plz suggest some other medicine itching too much and also its increasing. Thanks

You may take capsule I-tyza 100mg (itraconazole), twice daily for 2 weeks.
Topically you may use Lulifin lotion (luliconazole lotion), twice daily for 2 weeks. Continue with cetrizine for itching.
