Brief Answer:
Combination of oral and topical antifungal medication

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Fungal infections of groin are usually chronic and recurrent and needs to be treated with combination of oral and topical antifungal medication.
As evident from your history you have used only zydip c, a topical antifungal cream.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral itraconazole 100 mg twice daily and topical clotrimazole cream to be applied twice daily for a month.
This combination works well.
You need to meet a doctor and get these prescribed.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
