Brief Answer:
Fungal infection in groin; Oral and topical antifungal for 2-4 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
You seem to be suffering from fungal infection. I suggest you to stop using panderm cream as it is a potent steroid cream and would cause side effects.
You may take Cap. Itraconazole 100mg (Cap. Sporonox), twice daily, after meals for 2-4 weeks. In addition to this you may also take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
Topically you may also use Luliconazole 1% cream (Lulifin cream Or Lulican cream), twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
Regards
