Question : Hi ...yesterday I experienced itching on the topside of of my penis shaft.It later -in a few hours -turned into a lone blis ter...Could this be an STD?

I have had a few safe sax encounters....I am currently taking antibiotics for an unrelated issue...attached please find a picture
