Question: My muscles and joints hurt from head to toe. And I'm having this strange feeling from the top of my head down to my feet, it feels as if someone is pushing down on top of my head with a very heavy weight, trying to crush me

Typically, treating the migraine will solve this problem in time. Advil, rest, and sleep are important. If this does not get better within 24 hours, I recommend you visit a doctor for a physical exam, and possibly bloodwork, to rule out more serious things like infection or bleeding. For now, it is safe to rest.
