Brief Answer:
Needs further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the query.

Hydralazine is known for its side effects of water retention.

This may in turn cause joint pains and pain in the tendons.

You need to consult your physician and get the dose of hydralazine adjusted.
Replacing hydralazine with other drug would be a better option.
Diuretics may help lose the excess water in the body.

Taking anti-inflammatory tablets will help reduce the inflammation around the joints and tendons in turn, reducing the pain.

Avoid overstressing the painful joints and tendons.
Take adequate rest

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any doubts that you may have.

Thank you.

Best regards.
