Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Arthritis

Thank you for following up. I am better but the pain moved up the outside of my leg about midway to my hip. I have continued to walk 30" a day and I feel it but it is not really painful. The band across the top of the knee is a little sore still. Any thoughts? XXXXXXX Gibbs

It's possible that the arthritis may be quite severe. An Xray would be helpful to confirm.

It's would also be helpful to perform physiotherapy for improving your knee movements and remitting they band like feeling.
