Thank you for the response. Her Age is 60, weight 65kg and height is around 5 feet. She has this knee pain from long. Few months back she had viral fever and post that her pain have been worse. She says the pain will be continuously present. She had no injuries. Apart from knee, she has shoulder pain, foot pain etc.

You can give her vitamin D3 and calcium supplements. Omega 3 supplements. Along with Tab. SIgnoflam or Nucoxia MR for 3 to 5 days to reduce her pain
She can take Signoflam when ever the pain increases.
Any issue do follow up.
