Question : I use to run 8km a day its more then 4month i am running. Recently i am facing pain on my knee top
Can u pleAse suggest wat it can be

May be stress fractures.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for your health concerns.
There is chance of stress fractures in knee, kindly do x Ray knee to rule out any stress fractures.
There is also chances of muscle strain,if fracture is not there than possibility of muscle strain is there,so do hot fomentations and take muscle relaxant like thiochochicoside.Hope I have answer your question.
