Brief Answer:
One or both the knees?

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Chaithanya,
Thanks for posting the query,

From when are you having this pain? Pain in knee cap or back of the knee?
Did it start all of a sudden or do you have any history of fall or injury?
Any history of viral fever in the recent past?
Have you shown it to doctor? Taken any medicines?

If it is just one knee then it could be due to some muscle pull. It will relieve with any analgesic and pain killer like Tab. Nucoxia MR.

If it is in both the knee then you should get it examined by a Doctor

Brief Answer:
K, It could be just must muscle spasm

Detailed Answer:
If it is only one knee then it is because of muscle spasm.

As i said earlier

Take TAB. Nucoxia MR 1 tablet 2 times a day for 5 days.
Along with this i suggest you to do ice fomentation by placing ice cubes in a plastic bag or ice pack on the affected area, 3 to 4 times a day.

If the pain is very severe even after taking the medicines or if you are unable to move the limb then you should consult the orthopedician at the earliest.

Any issue do follow up.

Take care.
