Question : My 21 year old son has bad pains on the left side. His urine is slightly yellow even
Tho he drinks 10 glasses a day. Has been having the runs for a while.

Based on your description, it appears to be a urinary tract issue. Ultrasound of abdomen pelvis, urinalysis +/- x ray kub can be advised to detect presence of a urinary tract stone and/or infection.

Treatment can be advised accordingly based on the diagnosis.
