Question : My husband is age 72 and in good health. He frequently has leg cramps and tries to increase his water intake to fight them. Starting this morning he had a couple days of very frequent urination and yesterday tried to drink as much water as he lost to prevent cramps. He became a bit dizzy last night, has continued urinating frequently today and has been dizzy all day. He says it will go away. The frequent urination preceded the increased water intake. He had severe leg cramps last night He is urinating about every one-two hours day and night
