I started to drink more water and stretch still hasn't helped
Brief Answer:
stretching and drinking water are good
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your questions.
While stretching and drinking more water are good things to do, there are a couple other things that you can try.
Take a multivitamin/multimineral daily.
Stretch both morning and night.
Do aerobic exercise, at least walking, 30 minutes daily.
Avoid dehydrating drinks like tea, coffee, sodas and alcohol.
Try adding a magnesium supplement at bedtime.
If you take any medications talk to your doctor about whether or not they could lower potassium which can cause cramping.
If none of this helps after 1-2 months then see your doctor for and exam and blood testing.

Could it be a pinched nerve cause when im walking i feel fine or have my legs in certain postions feeels good? If it is a pinched nerve what do i do? Iis there any quick fixes because im going on airplane for 5 hours tomorrow thx
Brief Answer:
hello
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up
It is unlikely to be a pinched nerve since that is usually a one sided problem. The only real quick fix would be a muscle relaxant but you would have to get your doctor to prescribe that.
If that is not possible I would take a 400mg Magnesium supplement about an hour before you fly, wear thick pants so that your legs stay warm and get up and walk about on the plane each hour. Do some stretching when you get up.
