Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain While Travelling

Lumbar radiculopathy (sciatica) as a result of the fall- Most likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be as a result of the fall you had. From your history it can be most likely Lumbar radiculopathy (Sciatica). This occurs due to bulge in lumbar vertebral discs.
A physical examination by orthopaedician will be helpful to rule out this. X ray followed by MRI will be required to confirm it also.
For such condition in my patients I would suggest NSAIDs like Aceclofenac , muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine and neurotropic drugs like Pregabalin & methylcobalamin.
Physiotherapy is also advised along with this. Physiotherapy like TENS , massage , heat and cold application is good for this.
Wearing Lumbar supporting belt is helpful. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Avoid bending forward.
You can do hot fomentation on lower back with the help of some one.
Sleep on hard mattress. Better to use orthopaedic pillows.
A consultation with Orthopaedician is well appreciated.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks
