Brief Answer:
Please get the stool tested

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Since the loose motions are continuing for more than a month it is more likely to be due to malabsorption and less likely to be due to infective cause. I would insist you to get your stool tested and to upload the report. As of now try to avoid wheat and related products als also milk and related products.

I would wait for you to upload the report.

Regards
