Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain

I am attaching my report. Please let me know 1: Are these symptoms in-line with herpes?
2: Do you think it could be hiv and may not have been caught that early.Additionally, can it be hiv2 , simething for which I have not tested.
Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV/STD.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
First of all, you had a protected sex. So the chances of getting HIV and STD are negligible.
Earliest manifestation of HIV can appear 3-4 weeks after the exposure in presence of an infection and not earlier than this. So your symptoms started by 2 weeks after the exposure could unlikely be due to HIV.
Fever, lower abdomen pain, cold sweats, shivering can occur to anybody without HIV or HSV as well as the boils also.
HSV 1 is not a STD primarily. It can be present with 40-50% of population in any community including children. Moreover you had HSV 1 IgG positive. Ig G positive means it is not due to recent infection. But indicates that you had come across a HSV 1 infection before 6 months or earlier at your childhood or so.
1. HSV 1 symptoms are very much akin to that of the symptoms you had recently.
2. HIV 2 can not manifest as early as 2 weeks.
So all your symptoms are unlikely be due to HIV/STD.
