Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

It would be great if you gave me some more information about her symptoms.

Usually, the back pain,in the left side is due to a kidney stone, but also it might be even an intervertebral herniated disc or another cause.

For how long does she have these symptom? Does she have other symptoms like frequent urination, burning sensation while urinating? Does this pain stop her to move,or does this pain get stronger when she moves or when she stretches her body?

If I was her caring doctor i would recommend an ultrasound of her urinary tract and do an urine test to check up for infection/kidney stone.

Kidney stone gives a lot of pain and also nausea or even vomiting.

Please give me more information about her other symptoms (if she has) and about the questions that i asked.

Awaiting....
