You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in the right lower back of the Abdomen is commonly due to Ureteric stone.As your pain is related to food,Appendicitis should be ruled out.
Ultrasound/ Ct scan abdomen will give a clue.
If the investigations are normal,then the pain could be due to musculoskeletal cause.
Till investigations, I prefer Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole and anti spasmodic Dicyclomine tablets.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
