Question : I had a stroke and my back in lower back is hurt what can be done? How I walking wrong way?

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Lower back pain is a very common issue. It is not directly related to the stroke. If a recurrent issue it should be related to arthritis of the spine. If only a recent issue may simply be a muscle strain.

For the pain most appropriate are non-steroid anti-inflammatory pain killers like Ibuprofen. Hot compresses may help as well. Wearing a lumbar corset to better support the spine is also beneficial.

If it is a chronic issue it is also important to have physical therapy in order to strengthen your core and avoid pain recurrences in the future.
