Question : I have been having light twinges of pain below my bladder... it moves all over sometimes by my ovaries and sometimes further up. Sometimes lower back pain... I have had extensive blood work, pap smear and ultra sound done... nothing has come up?

Since when is this problem?
Any relationship with menstrual cycle?
Any intestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, gurgling, loose stools or constipation?
Any urinary symptoms?
Stress and/or anxiety? Any relationship with these?
